Autoroll-Filter used metal to provide a firm and reliable structure media, which can withstand severe operating condition. An Automatic renewable-media system is installed to adaptable to complex air filtration system. High efficient in power conservation, reduce manpower and stable operation

Design Description:

-Automatic renewable-media controlled system

This is the core design of Autoroll-Filter. The Pressurize Detector system controlled the renewable-media without any human decision judgments. Thus, any human error decision on renewable-media and power consumption can be diminish to ensure the finest efficiency rate and economic operation during services.

-Pressurize Detect Controlled System

The controlled system has set a value for the final resistance at the duct of renewable media. When the pressure value is equivalent or larger than preset value, the PLC control will automatically roll the renewable-media. The dirt contain media is roll downward and a new clean surface take over. The preset pressure must re-set.

-Superior Autoroll-Filter Media.

Autoroll-Filter used a blend of cotton and polyester fibers, which is suitable for this module. The filter media have excellent elastic, diminutive size, convenient in transportation and installation.

A less dense and mean structure provided a low resistance, large dust collection and higher filter efficiency rate. When considering the filter operation and maintenance, the filter media is also economically.
